The firm developed this particular service based on our client’s needs. The client's requirement we adopted and built this product upon was, and continues to be to provide comprehensive support to the client when operating outside their original jurisdiction, especially in the initial stages of their establishing in their new headquarters.
This involves establishing the company, providing it with a legal domicile, assigning a legal representative from our local staff, offering back office services, managing its accounting and tax administration, and assuming the overall legal account. All of this is done under an economical and modular pricing scheme, allowing the client to gradually disengage from certain services as they progress in their local establishment, while ultimately retaining our firm’s ongoing assistance, which is the core of our activity.
The designed modular packages of services are as follows:Provision of Legal Domicile,
also a requirement for obtaining tax registration of a company in the
jurisdictions where we operate;
Accounting and Tax
Administration.
We handle the accounting records and tax filings of the local
entity in accordance with GAAP and local legal requirements;
Back Office Services:
These include administrative, treasury, financial and foreign trade services,
as well as management at lower levels of sophistication.
